Every Dirty Little Hippie order is carefully packed by hand right here in Fallbrook, California. Since we’re a small, family-run business, we appreciate a little extra patience while we get your goodies packed up and on their way.
Processing & Shipping
Most orders are packed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. During new releases, holidays, sales, and other especially busy hippie moments, processing may take a little longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package all the way home.
Please keep in mind that shipping estimates begin after your order has been processed and carrier delays are sometimes outside of our control.
Local Pickup
Local to Fallbrook? We’re happy to arrange local pickup!
Instead of placing an order through our website, simply send us a direct message and let us know what you’d like to order and that you’d prefer local pickup. We’ll process your order directly and work with you to arrange a pickup time that works.
Please make sure your pickup time has been confirmed with us before heading our way so we can have everything packed and ready for you!
Warm Weather Shipping
Candles and California sunshine don’t always play nicely together! During especially warm weather, we may adjust when your package ships to help prevent your candles from sitting in a hot delivery truck or warehouse over a weekend.
Once your package arrives, we recommend bringing it inside as soon as possible and keeping your candles somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We put lots of care into packing every order, but sometimes packages have a rough journey. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help make it right.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your delivery area and with household members or neighbors first. If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out and we’ll help however we can.
Double Check That Address
Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Once an order has shipped, we aren’t able to redirect it. If you notice an address mistake before receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us as quickly as possible and we’ll do our best to catch it before it heads out.
